EARTH WORK EXCAVATION
Excavation of Earth will be up to a depth of 6' only.
On excavation if we found any hard rock,
the client has to bare the charges of the drilling, trimming, etc.,
and all the structural design given thereafter.
The given Quotation will be for the ordinary soil only.
STRUCTURE
RCC Design Mix - As per the structural designer recommendation .
The foundation will be as per the structural drawings. 5 feet deep foundation will be
provided. An additional foundation may be required depending on the quality of soil
discovered at the time of excavation. Chargeable beyond 5 feet.
The package rate has been arrived at by estimating the cost of the foundation for a
general case. Based on the Soil Conditions and Structural designs finalized for the
Project, the actual cost will be arrived at and the differential, if any, will be chargeable.
Water proofing shall be done in the terrace slab, all washrooms and balconies using
Fosroc Brushbond/ equivalent brands.
Curing compound of Sika Antisol/ equivalent brand shall be used in the internal and
external plastering.
Waterproofing admixture of Fosroc/ equivalent brand shall be used in internal plaster,
external plaster, and mortar mix used in fixing washroom tiles.
The height of the finished floor level on the ground floor shall be up to 1.5 feet above
the existing ground level.
Blocks - Standard Solid Concrete blocks. 6 inch for Exterior Walls & 4 inch for Interior
Walls.
Aggregates - 20mm & 40mm - Solid concrete blocks shall be used for outer and
partition walls as defined in the specification. - PCC of 100 mm to be provided below
ground floor flooring. - Internal Plastering(1:5 cement mortar)
External plastering (1:5 cement mortar), and ceiling plastering (1:4 cement mortar) shall
be done.
Chicken mesh shall be used near beam, column and masonry wall junction.

KITCHEN
Provision for exhaust fan shall be provided if desired.

kitchens shall be charged on pro-rata basis.

WOOD WORK
All rooms & utility doors frames will be of Saal Wood of size 5”X 3”
Main Door & Frame and Pooja Door & frame will be made of teak woods Burma teak
woods of size 6”X 4”(main door) COSTING Rs,35,000/- + Rs.25,000/- (Door & Frame)
Internal doors will be of membrane doors with laminate sheets with inclusive of fittings
upto Rs.8,000/-.
Saal wood frames will be provided for all windows & shutters will be of honne or gaana
teak .
French window design will be provided for windows as per client requirements and will
be chargeable extra as per actuals .
MS Hexagon bars of 10mm will be provided for window grills.
If it is UPVC windows the configurations will be of glass & mesh shutters (2.5 track with
1 Mesh) of Rs.470/- per sft .
Water proof flush doors of R.4500/- will be provide for bathrooms.
TILE WORKS (FLOORING /WALL TILE/EXTERNAL CLADDING)
Main Floorings will be provided with double charged vitrified tiles or granite of basic
rate of Rs.100.00 per sft only including laying charges. ( Living, Kitchen, Dining & Bed
Rooms) .
Parking Vitrified tiles will be provided only for car park area, with a basic rate of
Rs.60.00 per sft.
GRANITE will be provided for the staircase, with a basic rate of Rs.120.00 per sft
including laying charges.
Antiskid tiles will be provided for Balcony , Open areas & toilet floor with a basic rate of
Rs.80.00 per sft.
Toilet Wall tiles will be of double charged vitrified tiles will be provided up to a height of
7' only, With a Basic cost of Rs.80.00 per sft.
Wall Cladding will be Provided as per the Company standard Elevation
PLUMBING WORKS
CPVC Pipes of make SUPREME or ASHIRWAD are provided for all waterlines.(Conduits).
PVC pipes will be provided for sanitary lines make : SUPREME or ASHIRWAD .
CP Fittings will be of CERA or HINDWARE .
Sanitary Fittings will be of JAGUAR/CERA .
Rs:50,000/- per 1000 Sqft area budget for Sanitary & CP fittings .
Solar provision will be made; client has to purchase the Solar Water heater System.

Enamel paint will be provided for the windows, windows grills, Railings, Doors and gate.
Main Door and Pooja Door Polish of Melamine type will be done.
SUMP TANK AND OVERHEAD TANK
Sump tank will be of 8000 litres capacity.

Gate will provided with MS steel , as per the design .
